The Butcher: Joe Collier – Joe is committed to providing quality, organic produce at Eastwoods of Berkhamsted. Joe's skill in retail has been celebrated with a string of awards including regional Shop, Community Business and Team of the Year as well as Q Guild Awards every year since 1989. Joe is no ordinary butcher, performing alongside Barry Humphries, Timothy Spall and Jim Broadbent in Nicholas Nickleby to hone his delivery and communication.
